User Guide

This guide covers the Researcher Portal — the side of Data2Evidence you use to explore data and answer research questions. It assumes someone has already installed the platform and given you an account; if that is not the case yet, the Admin Guide covers installation and user management.

The pages follow the order you would meet the features in practice. Start with Introduction for what the platform is and which role you hold, then User Interface to find your way around. From there the typical path through a research question is: pick a Dataset and check its data quality, assemble the Concepts that describe what you are looking for, use them to define Cohorts, then characterize or compare those cohorts with Table 1, the pre-configured Analysis pipelines, or your own Python in a Notebook.

Terms like OMOP CDM, concept set or cohort are defined in the Glossary if any of them are unfamiliar.
